Arvind Kumar Maurya ( ANI)- BJP is in the final stages of its election preparations for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. BJP UP has given the responsibility of election campaign to MP Chief Minister Mohan Yadav in the list of star campaigners. Political experts believe that through Mohan Yadav, BJP is going to increase the challenge of Samajwadi Party in Yadav land. BJP has given slogan for this “Yadav Chala Mohan ke Sath.”
Ever since Mohan Yadav was made the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh state, BJP has been trying to create an alternative to Akhilesh Yadav’s family in UP and Lalu Yadav’s family in Bihar. In fact, according to a survey by BJP before the Lok Sabha elections 2024, the Yadav community can vote for any national party other than regional parties in the Lok Sabha elections. BJP strategists feel that since Akhilesh Yadav is not included in the race for Prime Minister, the Yadav community can be broken.
BJP UP is continuously making Mohan Yadav tour UP to break the core vote of Akhilesh Yadav. Mohan Yadav has till now addressed Yadav conferences in Azamgarh and Lucknow. BJP’s Mission Yadav includes UP government’s Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak and Manish Yadav. Manish Yadav calls himself a petitioner in the Mathura case and Manish Yadav is seen constantly trying to corner Akhilesh Yadav regarding the Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute.
Political experts believe that BJP’s mission of 400+ looks very difficult to achieve without breaking the core votes of opposition parties. By changing its election strategy, BJP is trying to woo voters of opposite ideology. The BJP is trying to break Dalits, backward castes and minorities, who are considered to be the core vote bank of any political party.
Manish Yadav says that Akhilesh calls himself a descendant of Krishna. Then they should remain in support of Shri Krishna’s birthplace. BJP is indirectly giving strength to Yadav platform. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also addressed the Yadav Mahasabha once.
Once upon a time, Yadav Mahasabha President Harmohinder Singh Yadav and Uday Pratap Singh were Samajwadi Party MPs. But now in the changing times, many people have broken away from this Mahasabha and stood in support of BJP. The president of the UP unit of the Yadav Mahasabha is Arun Yadav, who is the husband of BJP leader Shalini Yadav.
